This is the capstone Launch Pad for Book 3. It assembles all outputs from previous Launch Pads into a single, one-page Revenue Engine Blueprint, names your weakest link, and gives you a plan to fix it.
Bring to the session
- Outputs from Launch Pads 3.1-3.11 (or manual descriptions of each component)
- Your current conversion rates at each step (estimates are fine)
- Your monthly revenue target and your average customer value
- Your monthly numbers, even rough ones: visitors, leads captured, sales conversations, customers closed, referrals received
- A list of every customer who left, stopped buying, or did not renew in the last 90 days, with anything you know about why ("I don't know why they left" is useful information too)

a one-page Revenue Engine Blueprint, conversion rate targets for every stage, a gap analysis naming your weakest link, a 30-day improvement plan, a monthly review template, a Racecar diagnostic, a ready-to-run campaign launch plan, and a Retention Check that shows where the engine leaks.
The AI does the assembly and the arithmetic. You supply real numbers and have the real conversations. It can calculate your churn rate. It cannot call the customer who almost left and hear the pause before they answer. That is your job.
